Send Us Your Cover Art
After your purchase, send us your Cover Artwork, text, or logo via email. Weโll use this material to create your custom design.

Payment
We offer Paypal and Credit Card as a payment method. If you have other payment wishes, feel free to note before you order via the order form.

Mockup-Artwork
After the payment is processed and successful, we will start to create a mockup artwork for your Plaque. We create your Plaque according to your Wishes.

Revisions (Optional)
If necessary we make revisions for the artwork mockup until your plaque is perfect for you. After your approval we will fulfill the plaque according to your artwork mockup wishes.

Fulfillment Stage
After your approval we send the plaque(s) to the fulfillment. In this Stage we cannot make any changes, and in this stage the awards get created, packed and safely shipped to you.

After we got your order we will, we need you simply to send us the background/cover photo via messages. Then we can start. Of course before we giving the custom vinyl awards designs into the printing, we will send you an mock-up image of the design, so you can see how it looks like before we are printing it.
We will simply send it to you via Messages, then just give us your okay, if everything is alright.
To ensure that you will be 100% happy with everything, we require approval to ensure that there are no mistakes before printing. In this stage we can make as many revisions as necessary.
The product will be not send to the printing stage, nor fulfillment process without your photos.
After you send us your photos, we will send you the mock-up image of your finished product, if you do not respond within 3 days, it will be printed without any revisions.
Please have in mind that every revision and adjustment will slow down your order, so to make it as fast as possible, please response within the time frame, and ensure that your information is correct to any giving time.

We will send you a mock-up design. Once you approve it, the order will move to production.
Production Time: Most products are ready within 2โ4 business days after your confirmation. Some items may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Time:
USA: Standard shipping usually takes 5โ7 business days (up to 12 business days maximum).
Expedited (USA): About 2โ4 business days (up to 6 maximum).
Overnight (USA): 1โ2 business days.
Worldwide: Delivery is usually within 7โ15 business days, but can take up to 30 business days depending on customs..
