1.4 In case that the item arrived damaged due to the courier shipment, we will arrange after a inspection and approval of our fulfillment team a re-shipment for your order. Therefore a proof from the customer is necessary with photos to start a inspection process.

6.1 We retain all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the design and creation of the bespoke item.
6.2 You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use the design or any part of the bespoke item for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Material:
7. The material employed in crafting our plaques is derived from renewable resources, and by placing an order, the client acknowledges and is informed about this aspect.
7.1 The plaques are constructed using the following materials: a matte black/white frame made from wood sourced from renewable forests, specifically Ayous wood with a .75″ (1.9 cm) thickness, and paper with a thickness of 10.3 mil (0.26 mm) and a weight of 5.57 oz/yd² (189 g/m²). The frame is lightweight and environmentally conscious, utilizing a front protector made of Acrylite. The package includes hanging hardware for convenient display.
7.2 The vinyl record of the award is a realistic print of a vinyl, it is not a physical vinyl record.

IMPORT & EXPORT FEES
Plaque Awards explicitly states that it is not accountable for any import or export fees associated with the acquisition of our products. Upon making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that any relevant import or export fees, which may include customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the authorities in the destination country, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The customer is obligated to stay informed about and adhere to any import or export regulations and requirements specific to their country. Plaque Awards cannot be held liable for any costs, penalties, or delays resulting from non-compliance with such regulations or the imposition of import or export fees.
By proceeding with the purchase, the customer affirms their understanding and acceptance that any import or export fees are distinct from the product cost. Plaque Awards is not responsible for facilitating or covering any such fees.
